Resist the Temptation.......

Lets say you are focused on an exercise regimen and planning your meals. However, your spouse or significant other is not concerned about changing their bad eating habits and eat whatever they want. The next time you are faced with temptation to sway from your plan, change your thought process and focus on a mental image of your ideal body instead of the food. You can do it!
