Did you make time to exercise today? Chances are you came up with many reasons....which are really EXCUSES why you did not.
Here are some common excuses:
1) "I don't have enough time"...Start with just 20-30 minutes walking to get into a routine. Start with 1-2 times per week. What I have found is that people have the time, they just don't value exercise. Whatever you value, you make time for.
2)"I don't have the energy"...If you just get started, you will find that exercise will increase your energy.
3) "I don't usually stick with it, so why even start"....If you can, exercise in the morning so that your schedule or unexpected events don't prevent you from your fitness routine.
If you were diagnosed with hypertension(high blood pressure), high cholesterol, diabetes...etc; would you still use those same above noted EXCUSES??????
