Binge eaters do not purge, but often try to return to a restrictive diet after a binge episode. Most of the time, the very restrictive dieting can trigger more binging episodes. If you are a binge eater you should avoid low calorie eating habits and have some structure to your diet including breakfast and portion controlled meals 3-4 hours apart with snack.

  2. Trevor.....hhuummm...why does that name sound familiar!!!! In your case, for someone who does strength training only. You will need to include cardiovascular training into your training program 3-4 days per week, for 20-30 minutes. However, the amount of cardio activity will vary for each individual. Trevor eats clean food 90% of the time!!!! Maintain the clean eating habits with increased cardio and you should begin to see the pounds come off.
