Something to make you think???? Many people are surprised by how few calories are burned when they exercise. Don't make the mistake of rewarding yourself with food when you exercise--the calories you burn may only add up to 1/2 of candy bar!!!
I got you Kimmie!! Here is a question... What about the calories burned AFTER an intense weight training session? I think many people under estimate the importance of post workout refueling.
ReplyDeleteReggie, I am totally with you on the calories you burn AFTER the work out. Sure, I believe one should refuel their body with clean foods!!! I was referring to those who will go out and eat high fats(pizza, pasta, burgers, fries.....etc) because they worked out!!!
